Bowls and Mushrooms

I enjoy turning mushrooms of all shapes and sizes made from all different types of wood. Here I have fixed several to a piece of bogwood to create a sculpture. I also enjoy turning bowls and vases experimenting with unusual woods. I often find that I start with a particular shape in mind but as I am turning the wood it takes on a mind of it's own and reveals the shape it wants to become.
